Delivery terms & conditions

It is usual for an order to be delivered within 1-3 working days on all orders in Denmark (Jutland, Fyn, Zealand). We are partnered with Vingaloppen wine delivery service who specialize in wine deliveries, to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition


We recommend that you carefully inspect the packaging on receipt of your order to ensure that any damage is identified and reported as soon as possible. If there is obvious damage to you order packaging or if you find hidden damage to the product itself then contact (tel: +45 29280919 or by mail at: as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of damage problems with the product we ask you to keep the packaging and damaged items as proof and documentation of the damage.
You should inform as soon as possible if there are any issues with the condition of your order and preferably before 12:00 midday on the next working day to enable us to quickly and efficiently deal with your issue.
If the product is found to be damaged upon receipt we recommend that you note this on the delivery note when you sign for the delivery. You should refuse receipt of the delivery if the damage to the product is obvious on delivery and then contact as soon as possible to agree on the next steps and action to be taken.

It is preferred that deliveries are to addresses where they can be signed for but other solutions and agreements can be made with the delivery company to ensure convenience for you. If the order is delivered without a signed receipt then the liability is entirely the customers. If the customer is not home on delivery then the delivery company will retain the delivery and return to unless something else has been agreed in writing.

Delivery costs

The cost of delivery will be shown during and on purchase. Generally delivery is free on orders over 1195 DKK.

Price and Payment

All prices are including moms (VAT) and other duties and taxes and are the current prices. When you shop with you can make agreements in Danish, Spanish or English.
You can order your products online and pay by Visa, Mastercard or Dankort with no additional fees. The amount is first withdrawn from your account when your order has been dispatched. There can never be a larger amount of money withdrawn than the cost of the order you have agreed to.
If you pay by credit card then you are insured against fraud (see card issuers terms and conditions) and you have the possibility to refuse payment when you get a payment statement. has no access to you payment details or personal data. All data is encrypted (SSL).
The payment will show up as on your statement.

Order confirmation

When you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by email where an itemized list of products is included.

Cancellation or Return of Order

In addition to the delivery terms and conditions mentioned the delivery can be returned as long as the packaging is unopened unless you have another agreement in writing. On return of the delivery all costs and liability are to be covered by the customer.
After cancellation or return of the order it will take 2-3 bank days before the amount is withdrawn from the account and transferred to you.


If you wish to make a claim on a product then you should start the process by contacting abide by the trading laws for claims in conjunction with your purchase.
It is a criteria that the claim is valid and that the defect has not occurred as a result of incorrect use or storage of the product by the customer.
Any claim should be made within a reasonable time of receiving the product.

When you return the product please clearly state what the defect is as clearly and precisely as possible. Remember to ensure that the product is sensibly packaged and that you have a receipt of sending the product.
We do not accept packages sent without postage payment by the customer.

Right to Reconsider Webshop Order

You have 14 days to reconsider and return your order when you shop with The 14 days begins when you receive the delivery. You can either swap the wine for an equivalently priced wine or get a refund.
